I enjoy watching Derek and Julianne dance. They are both amazing dancers. I love hearing htem sing as well. They are both very talented! I always enjoy watching them especially when they dance together!

On the utube Barrymore video of 2B1G, he said “these kids are going to the top”, and DWTS has been a great vehicle to bring their talents into the limelight to millions of people. I love Julianne and Derek’s dancing and choreographing abilities, “Great Balls of Fire” was phenomenal. I am glad that they both are reaching for their stars, as I know how much they want to sing professionally. I wish that Derek and Julianne would also sing together professionally, their sound together is so good. I would love Julianne’s CD. They both are inspirational.

Hello Marriann! My name is Paula, and I am 20 years old (just like Julianne!) and I live on the east coast. I have been watching dancing with the stars since season one and it is my FAVORITE SHOW! When Julianne danced in her first season with Apolo it was so much fun to watch. I connected with her right away and couldn’t believe how amazing she was. I voted for her hundreds and hundreds of times when she danced with all of her partners…Apolo, Helio, Adam, and Cody. I use my cell phone as well as my 4 other family members cell phones and then I use my house phone. I always make sure I vote until my limit is up, and I am telling you…sometimes that takes hours I then proceed to log on to my numerous accounts to vote on abc.com. I ALWAYS vote for Julianne…I think it’s because I feel like I am just like her in so many ways (except I can’t sing or dance =D). I was so excited when she won her first two seasons and was SO upset and bummed when she got voted out the last two times. When she was eliminated I immediately switched my votes to Derek because he is such an amazing dancer as well and I love how close him and Julianne seem to be. I consider myself to be a HUGE Dancing with the Stars fan, but I guess I am really just a HUGE HOUGH fan because I know so much about both of them and I don’t know how I could watch without Julianne and Derek on the show. I visit your website on a daily basis as well as julianne’s website and derek’s myspace as well as the ballashoughband site…I know, it’s a little obsessive but it always gives me that little extra boost to try that much harder at whatever I do. Definately keeps me going. You raised amazing kids, and I think that Julianne and Derek are such amazing people and I admire them both for so many reasons. I love what you are doing with the website, I enjoy visiting it to see updates.

My husband and I sat through every program os Dancing with the stars since first seeing Julianne & Derek. Whether out shopping or walking the dog, we always made it back home to see them. You can tell that they are great siblings who honestly care for and about each other and their family. How refreshing it has been and a treat and pleasure to watch these two dancing up a storm. Hi Mariann. I’m not quite sure what to say in this comment to really ‘wow’ you, but I figured this was a good of time as any to try to tell you how much your daughter means to so many people. I, like many others, first saw her on season four of the show. I can still remember the first time, dancing with the pros in her green dress, with the guys tossing her up in the air like a little cheerleader! It’s so funny to think that girl with the big personality who snorted on tv is the same Julianne that’s now living her dreams in Nashville. My mother and I, much like you and Julianne, are quite close and I can see how much love you have for your daughter and how proud of her you really are. It’s nice to see a family bond so close, especially since that doesn’t seem to exist anymore in the ‘celebrity world’. Anyway, I’m a huge fan of Julianne’s music, her dancing, and hopefully someday her acting! No matter what, she will always be an inspiration to me, personally. She’s brought light to my life – as I’m sure she does to you on a daily basis – and I’m proud to call myself a fan of hers. Whether she’s quickstepping on the dance floor in hanging out in Nashville and living her passion, I’m going to follow her career 110%. Thank you, Mariann, for raising such a beautiful little angel. You’ll never really know how many lives she’s touched but now you know of one at least. <3

I’ll make my comment short and sweet like Julianne I’m so glad Derek won! I definitely split my votes between Derek and Julianne the whole season! Christmas is such a special time of year so I’m pumped Julianne put out a Christmas album! Many wishes this holiday season to everyone and much more success to the entire Hough family!
