Somebody on the band's behalf merely asked if she would be willing to let the name go if she wasn't using it. I think it's not too late to make her an offer. She sounds like a reasonable person AND she has no problem with the band using that name. John, can you pass this along to Mark or Derek?

Also, is it official that she will not be on DWTS next season? I saw an interview she did on ET or something, and she said she may have spoke to soon about her retirement from DWTS. I really hope she reconsiders, i dont see why she could not do both. Shre reaches more people every week on DWTS than any concert hall. Try to get her to change her mind. Thanks!!
