I am Julianne’s real and official Mother (mommy to Julianne).

From time to time people have said that I did a great job raising Julianne.

But that statement isn’t true and doesn’t give credit to all of the people throughout Julianne’s life who have contributed in some way to help her get to where she is.

I wish I could list all of them, but the truth is that some who have helped are not even known to me and not even known to Julianne.

But nonetheless, there are many who have helped in some way or another. There is an African proverb that says: It takes a village to raise a child. This is definitely the case with Julianne, and all of my children.

I suspect and I believe it is true, that it takes a village…, for anyone and everyone who passes through this world.

In Julianne’s case, it has taken literally millions of people to help her get to where she is.

The unfortunate reality is that neither I, nor Julianne can possibly personally thank everyone who helped or voted for Julianne and Apollo, so they could win ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and all of the other numerous things she has been able to experience.

In spite of the fact that I cannot personally say thank you to everyone, I would still like to say THANK YOU and pay tribute to those who have helped in any way! If you are one of the many who helped by voting for Julianne, or have helped in some other way, and I fail to mention you below, please share your story (and a picture of you) with me about how you helped.

I would love to hear from each of you. Where and when Possible (and with your permission) I will try to respond to everyone who writes and I will try to include your story somehow in a tribute page to the village.

   Well If you could help me get her autograph, I would be so happy!!!!!! I have been trying to get her email for about half a year now. I voted for Her and Helio every single time on four acounts. I wanted to go to the tour in my city, but it was too much money. Then we always go to the parade downtown and the one year she was there we decided to go on a bike ride instead. I enter every contest and competition she has. I have both of her CD’s and her shirt and keychain. I was so sad I missed her at the parade and got even more depressed when my friend saw her and she smiled at her. Then I wanted to get her autograph so bad that I thought I could get her autograph through James Ottos mother who lives in our niehborhood and James Ottto’s wife is the sister of one guy in the rascal flats band, then I thought since they knew Julianne I could get It from there. But please help me get it. THX

   We can’t really offer that information on here right now. However, you can be sure that we’ll be giving away autographed pictures of Julianne among other things in contests and also as part of the Julianne Hough fan club we’re working to create.

   I love the show and I love watching your daughter. She is such an inspiration and you have done well raising her and Derek. My son is 20 and absolutely thinks the world of her.

   You’ll want to contact the people at Universal I think. They are the ones in charge of Julianne’s music. In the future, we’ll see if we can get more specific information on contacting them.

   Dear Julianne Hough,
   I am 11 years old and I am in 6th grade and I love the show dancing with the stars. You are my favorite! In my room I have two walls filled with dancing with the stars pictures! Most of the pictures are of you, and I have two magazines with you on the cover of “Shape” and “First”. I even made a neck less that says your name and a shirt that says your name on it and says your county songs on the back! I grow up listening to county music now Julianne Hough sings county music! WOW! Did I ever tell you, you’re my idle? Well you are, I what to be just like you when I grow up! I want to sing and dance. It was funny a few years ago I was seeing if I want to be a dancer or a county singer, and this with before I knew about dancing with the stars. Now you have shown me I can do both, thank you. So, I will see you on dancing with the stars! Oh, what is your favorite color? I thought it was green, but I am not sheer. I also saw your proactive commercial on TV, and it was assume, I cannot believe it that your were on a commercial for dancing with the stars and proactive! WOW! Are you going to give up dancing to do singing or are you going to do both? How was your tour with Brad P.? I heard it was fun, I hope it was! I wish you can write back to me that would be one dream came true. Another would be at one of your shows dancing or singing and be able to meet you live in person! Do you have any pets!
